Cheryl ~ Being Open

Today I witnessed my daughter being very open about what she was feeling.  Not holding everything inside and learning that dating and communication takes work.  One of the keys to having a good relationship with anyone is the ability to open up about who we are and what we feel, yet also about getting those in our lives to open up.  It is a skill we aren’t trained however it is a great one to learn.
